🚛Shipping Methods and Costs:
- For orders under free shipping price, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight.
- Standard Shipping to the Western US: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $69.
- Standard Shipping to the Midwestern US: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $129.
- Standard Shipping to the Northeastern and Southern US: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $159.
🛍️Product Pick Up:
To use Pick-up, add products to your shopping list and then select “Pick-up.” You are welcome to pick up your product in-store
⏰Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
📦Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Use this number to track your order's progress online.
🚫Shipping Restrictions:
Please note, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
💔Lost or Damaged Items:
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our customer service team at pawsitivedreamspetstore@gmail.com for assistance. Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.

If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee the change can be made once an order is processed, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.
